• NCOC BV and NCS Venture HSE assurance reporting activities including performance analysis in compliance with RoK, NCOC & Agents requirements.
• Monitoring assurance activities, data collection and archiving.
• Meeting participation, material preparing for meeting and reviewing & approval.
• Close monitoring of internal reporting tools like Unsafe actions / BBSOP reporting, Incident reporting etc.
• Define and manage performance measures of HSE managemen.
• Maintain feedback mechanism for all incidents
• Developing Venture Occupational Heath strategy, NCOC Ergonomic Process & Ergonomic CBT.
• Providing leadership and commitment to continuous improvement of NCOC’s Health and Safety performance, including the use of Health and Safety culture initiatives.
• Providing Occupational Health/Industrial Hygiene advice, information and support to all onshore and offshore developments.
• Working in close partnership with Medical Services colleagues and with the Occupational Health / Industrial Hygiene function in NCOC and Agents.
• Providing medical calendars and arranging obligatory medical examination of employees
• Adopt National and International Occupational/Sanitary standards within organization
• Work closely with RoK SES / Labor Inspections.
