• Provided technical and operational direction in preparing 6 weeks rolling plan; shutdown plans along with manpower, equipment and budget requirement estimates for shutdowns.
• Offered innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning /scheduling problems in addition to managing project budgets and tracking project milestones and compliance with budgets.
