Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel. Issues room key pamphlets, rewards cards, etc. Works in conjunction with Housekeeping and Maintenance. Answers various questions from guests. Arranges transportation for guests. Computes bills, collects payments and makes change for guests. Runs various reports on computers for management, including night audit. Other duties as assigned.
Receive reservations via fax, phone, in person and PMS. Takes guests details (I.D., credit card information). Inform guests of the hotels services, facilities, policies and procedures. Provide tourist information for guests. Finalize guest folios and issue receipt upon checkout. Perform cashier duties; coordinate the cleaning of guests personal laundry. Follow in-house procedures to help ensure guest and employee safety. Perform secretarial duties such as preparing correspondence and attending to switchboard.
Provide quotes for room rates and up-sell the guest when possible, assist in coordinating the Front Desk and the Housekeeping Department, collect payment for charges on the guest folio, ensure all cash and cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift, responds to guest inquiries, provide administrative, reception and program support to management and staff, manage phone activity including providing general knowledge to callers, manage walk-in traffic. Sign in guests as needed. Smile and greet customers in a welcoming manner, register and assign rooms to guests, resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the management.
I am in charge of research and verification of prospective customer employment, income,
references using internet search engines and well as on-line banking before submitting
loan applications to the Funding Manager. I am personally responsible for receipt of
potential customer bank information as well as the integrity of the information contained
therein. General office duties as assigned.
I sold Spirit Airlines and partner companies using assumptive sales methods; provide
superior customer service on all sales and service calls, provide answers to general,
web, travel agency and flight information inquiries, assists other departments as
