Maintaining accurate records of incoming goods, conducting monthly inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels and facilitate timely procurement.
Ensuring daily cleanliness and organization in the store and warehouse areas.
Preparing cost estimates and quotes for repairs conducted both within the factory and on-site. Meeting delivery targets by coordinating and overseeing all facets of the delivery process.
Addressing service calls and complaints, promptly resolving customer issues, while maintaining effective communication
