-Managing the O&M contracts between KAUST and service providers related to Landscaping, Janitorial and Pest Control services on Campus
-Preparing and reviewing the department’s CAPEX and OPEX considering assets valuation and future systems upgrading, the monthly certified payments, KPI targets, and services level agreement.
-Working on and reviewing the emergency and business continuity plans, updating the operational and contractual risk registers, considering the RACI charts and RCA to preserve KAUST interests.
-Ensuring the services are ready at all time to pass certifications and contractual audits that reflect the accurate site and services conditions, in compliance with EMS ISO 14001, OH&S ISO 45001 certification, and high-end standards.
-Maintaining the services and dynamic performance improvement achieved, toward energy and water saving bind with a better site and assets presentation, and efficient resources allocation and usage.
-Providing to higher management improvement proposals, consultancies, services achievements reports and presentation, while granting the service providers technical advises toward Green practices.
-Introducing Green Technology principles, products, types of chemicals and low emission equipment as part of the assets or materials replacement strategies, including AI and Robotics where applicable.
-Making decisions based on proactive approaches with sustainable problems’ solutions mindset rather than firefighting, ensuring the team members exhibit the best of their advanced knowledge.
-Cooperating with other services, different stakeholders and contractors to achieve planned preventive and reactive tasks on time, gaining customer satisfaction compliments and with zero complaints.
