• Supervise all site electrical construction activities
• Supervise, plan and ensures subordinates follow safety practices in work methods and procedures, including work performed on high-voltage electrical systems, equipment and devices.
• Analyses records and reports to recommend changes in equipment, methods and materials used.
• Assist vendors in pre-commissioning of various electrical systems installed
• Make sure that the work complies to the correct specification on the drawing approved for construction
• Make sure that the tools and materials are available on site where and when required and are not wasted and in proper keeping.
• Organize daily work schedule in advance to mitigate delay of the job, and make a report for the daily work progress
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those encountered in the course of the work.
• Reviews or prepares drawings and specifications for contract work and inspects work performed to determine compliance to standards and equipment.
• Supervise the installation, erection and mounting of relay protection panel, switchgears.
• Supervise the LV power cable termination and inter connection wiring of protections of switchgears and relay protection panels.
• Assist vendors in pre-commissioning of various electrical systems.
• Supervise the installation of cable raceways at site
