Responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of works which includes civil, structural, land development works, electrical works, mechanical and refrigeration system, plumbing and fire protection system, cold storage refrigeration Pu Panels system, warehousing and racking system and overall safety.
Contract administration and progress monitoring based on plans & specifications;
Managing conflicts between different trades for efficient implementation & completion of the project;
Overall in-charge of construction operation.
Represent the Company (MIESCOR) as the Project Manager who is task to lead, administer and manage the overall installation of Electrical Equipment including commissioning of the Coal Fired Balingasag 3x55 MWe Power Plant in the town of Balingasag, Misamis Oriental in Northern Mindanao.
Maintains good relations and coordination with the Client, Works Engineer, and the public in general.
Primary responsible for the implementation and success of project scope, schedule and cost including periodic monitoring.
Contract Administration involving the review, evaluation and preparation of tender documents (Bid Packages) for Contractors to participate in bidding.
Prepare invitation letters and send to listed Contractors/Bidders. Evaluate the commercial status of the Bidder prior to issuance of SADAD (confirmation receipt).
Present and explain in the JOBEX Meeting (Job Explanation Meeting) the overall content of the Bid Package where a fair bid competition is exemplified.
Evaluate the commercial tenders during post bid stage.
Prepare the whole contract for signing by the signatories both from the client (winning bidder) and the owners.
Preparation of PQP and ITP’s
Conduct regular inspection and surveillance of all items involving subcontractors’ program of works conforming to the requirements of the PTS, Clients Specific Standards, and Company Protocols on works & Good Engineering Practices.
Accompany the Client’s representative in the Inspections of Works,
Inspection of delivered materials and equipment on site before they are incorporated to the project. -
Non conforming materials are separated from approved materials.
Witness testing of materials and provide reports to the Client.
Issue NCR immediately when a Non Conformance is discovered on materials and works. 7.0) Conduct
Weekly Quality Tool Box Meeting on all issues involving Quality,
Supervise Quality Control Engineers’ performance at work.
Evaluate submittals of subcontractors involving materials, installers, specialty contractors and guaranteed equipment before they are submitted to the Client for approval.
Responsible as a Sr. Quantity Surveyor reporting directly to the Project Control Manager to Quantify the factual value of work done in terms of Monitorial Component
Establish the accomplishment curve against the planned curve
Provide progress forecast periodically and
Quantify the value of Change of Work for processing.
Overall site management of the project in all aspects inherent of the position to include but not limited to the general direction, supervision, administration, engineering, site safety and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) with the end in view of bringing the completion of the total work with the original cost budget and gain profits to the company.
See to it that the construction schedule and program of works are adhered closely in terms of quality, productivity& timely delivery.
Responsible for managing the day to day project operation in constructing the high rise building project in BGC, Taguig (20 Storey Twin Tower Bonifacio Ridge Project)
Review and approve for transmittal to the Owner the proposed Changes in Program of Work, construction schedules & engineering drawings as requested
Maintain good relations with the Owners Representatives, the Engineers, Designers and the Public in general.
Company’s representative in the project in so far as the Contract is concerned.
Signs in behalf of the company involving letters and other forms of communications, contract agreements emanating from the client.
Review, evaluate and approve for transmittal to the Client proposed changes in Programs of Work, construction schedules and change orders,
Maintains good relations and coordination with the Client, Works Engineer, and the public in general.
Primary responsible for the implementation and success of project scope, schedule and cost including periodic monitoring.
