• Spearheaded up to 10 people of diverse cultures, checked different elements of pricing for design & build tenders, built-up top sheet incorporating internal elements and monitored savings during negotiations.
• Projects: Lusail Light Railway Transit System (LRT), Doha Metro Red Line South (RLS), Construction Package CP7B in Lusail, Construction Package CP01 in Lusail, Inner Doha Resewerage Implementation Strategy IDRIS, QEZ3.
• Administered new structural prices, forecasted provisional sums due to soil’s problem (complete package), controlled all architectural quantities and followed-up cost at completion through 4, 000 Site Work Orders (one sub package).
• Sustained Procurement / Service Marche in the regularization’s process, settled claims / disputes for specific cases.
• Project: Princess Noura University for Women in Riyadh (package 1: 12 bSR) including colleges, schools, administrative buildings, research and medical facilities and 400 villas.
• Organized different services required in the company, designated partners, defined technical alternatives, supported negotiations, estimated independently important projects and special works and training of a new employee.
• Proactively engaged in yearly HSE audits of the different services (head office and sites) for 5 years.
• Projects: Various types of constructions (more than 90 projects): typical and untypical civil engineering structures (mainly bridges) with earthworks companies as partners, tanks, noise and wind barriers, tunnels (small sections or renovation), road underpass, dams for rivers, floor stones. From 0.1 M€ up to 50 M€. Average amount: 5.7 M€.
• Streamlined team management, risk analysis, schedule insurance, build ability, cost analysis, client liaison and monthly project reporting to board of directors, and dealt with local councils, health & safety policy implementation.
• Projects: Security compliance of the tunnel of Crêt d’Eau (4 kms). Construction of a tank and 2 substations in 19 nights in the mountain (equipment’s installed on train). • Regeneration of a rail way line. Construction of 2 bridges (15m poured small beam and 40m mixed frame) in urban environment with a co contractor.
