Job Description:
Adminitrative Assistant:
•Oversees and/or performs a range of diverse administrative activities and related to the Document Control procedure and for the office.
•Serves as a central point of liaison with other departments and external constituencies in the resolution of a variety of day-to-day matters concerning the unit.
•Provides and/or oversees support activities for the unit such as answering telephones, assisting and resolving problems and inquiries of visitors, reviewing and controlling the incoming and outgoing correspondence, and following up on operational commitments.
•Provides administrative assistance with staff searches, as appropriate, to include logging employment applications; preparing applicant acknowledgements and interview documents, coordinating interview logistics, and coordinating search documentation.
•Schedules appointments and maintains calendars
•Schedules, coordinates, and facilitates meetings, educational sessions, facilities usage, and events, as required.
•Added responsibility as Admin Assistant of managing Director for 1 Year.


Document Controller:
August 8, 2020 - October 4, 2020 - Administrative Assistant/Document Controller

•Monitors and upkeeps the Policy and Procedures Manuals for all organizational units at IEC in compliance with international and national standards.
•Receives the drafts of policies for review from organizational units at IEC and initiates the approval process
•Assists organizational units’ heads and or employees in developing the required policies.
•Follows through with concerned entities to ensure revision of policies in compliance with all related standards and to ascertain that correct amendments are made in the policies.
•Keeps a log of all IEC policies and ensures that they are up-to-date.
•Publishes the Policies & Procedures and Scopes of Services on IEC intranet ( sharefolder)
•Assists departments in reviewing and finalizing their Scopes of Services (SOS).
•Keeps a log of the Scopes of services for all of the departments at IEC with their revision due dates.
•Researches and evaluates new documentation tools and methods to improve the documentation processes.
•Upkeeps the Organizational Charts for IEC and for the organizational units at IEC.
•Participates in committees as assigned.
•Performs miscellaneous related duties as requested.

Committee Coordinator:
•Arrange, coordinate and schedule all the meetings
•Receives requests for the formation of new committees at IEC.
•Reviews terms of reference and initiates the approval process for the committee according to the policy.
•Prepares the report for the performance of every committee and puts recommendations for continuing or discontinuing the committee.
•Ensure timely compilation and circulation of quarterly and yearly committees’ reports in line with the committees’ organization chart.
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
•Participates in quality improvement activities, as needed.
