market research, and actively participated in risk management and
project management and budgetary control. The project included
300, 000 sq.ft of floor space targeted at the retail rental market. He
worked closely with project team to facilitate completion of the
project in August 2012.

and fast tracked due diligence information to ensure disbursement of

and exit timelines.
