worked closely with project team to facilitate completion of the
project in August 2012.

development of optimized project funding structures. He was
involved in procurement of key work packages as well as project
team coordination. In addition;He liaised with the project financier
and fast tracked due diligence information to ensure disbursement of

market research to inform the pricing towards meeting sales targets
and exit timelines.

participated in the construction bid process.
