Cost Control Engineer 1
Prepare the Monthly Company Cost Report by compiling the Monthly Job Cost Reports from the project sites. This report is tool for the management to evaluate the monthly performance of each project, thereby making necessary adjustments at an early stage. Review Contract data including contract and budget amounts, revisions and billing analysis. Coordinate with project Cost Control Offices regarding monthly reports for Database and Cost Budget and Revenue analysis.
Directly reporting to the Cost Control Manager.
Quantity Surveyor
Review and evaluates all Subcontractor and Suppliers Invoices and check if the quantities claimed are correct based on the actual measurements, delivery notes and stores receipt vouchers and to make sure the quantities are not in excess with the issued Purchase Order. Coordinate with the Site Quantity Surveyors in case of discrepancy between purchase orders or drawing quantities.

Sr. Quantity Surveyor
Tender Stage
In-charge of the preparation of Tender Documents including overseeing the team the team for civil, architectural and electro-mechanical quantity surveyors.
Prepare and collect quotation of all trades, materials and suppliers and prepare the evaluation/comparison sheets for each bid item and to check the specification, inclusions and exclusions and the necessary add-ons expenses by the main contractor.
Prepare Program Schedule using Primavera
Prepare all units prices to include materials or subcontract price, contractor’s main works, overhead cost, mark-up and compile the final tender documents, tender bond an all deliverables. Seal the Tender Package and submit. Directly reporting to the Project Operations Manager and the General Manager.
On-going Project
In-charge procurement and outsourcing of materials and subcontract packages, evaluation of quotations if it meets with the specifications and budget limitations, prepare cost comparison sheets and discuss with the Project Operations Manager.
Prepare final cost analysis per BOQ item.
Project Engineer
Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQ for tender projects.
Prepare materials request and ensure it is in accordance with specifications and within the budget.
In charge of the project supervision and coordination with subcontractors for structural works, finishes (architectural), electrical and plumbing works. Prepare monthly valuation.
Coordinate with the Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager.
Cost Engineer
Quantity take-off from drawings and prepare bill of quantities.
Monitor and update daily project cost expense.
Coordinate with operations and project engineers and discuss measures to ensure project is within schedule and within budget.
Prepare Monthly Cost Reports for submission to the General Manager.
Directly reporting to the Operation’s Manager and the General Manager.
