*Dealing with different patients/ customers professionally.
*Entering patients correct information in registration & updating patients files.
*Performs insurance verification & determines eligibility for services.
*Communicates with health insurance companies if online or verbal approval is required for any clinical procedure for the patient.
*Ensures that all necessary insurance eligibility and authorization is complete prior to any clinical procedure.
*Communicates estimate of charges as applicable prior to doctor's consultation.
*Collecting exact payment amount from the patient.
*Required to work collaboratively with nursing and medical departments in coordinating schedules to ensure seamless and positive patient experience.
*Receiving/making and transferring calls following the telephone etiquette guidelines.
Participates in the implementation of various programs such as pre- natal care, post- natal care and family planning.
Assists our midwives in handling deliveries.
Conducts health education and mother’s class trainings.
Supervise & coordinate with the Community Health Team (CHT) on our designated Barangays.
Recording & reporting monthly accomplishments of implemented programs on a specific Barangay.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in the Philippines had my internships at government and private hospitals. I took the Nursing Licensure Exam for Nurses and successfully passed it last 2011.
