• Provided expert advice on SAP functionality in Plant Maintenance and implemented configuration in SAP system to meet the end user requirements
• Worked on PM module components such as organization of plant maintenance, technical objects, breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance (maintenance plan) and refurbishment
• Understood the integration with other modules, preparing Test plans and Test scripts
• Customized using Implementation Management Guide (IMG) for:
o Functional locations, equipment, BOM, serial numbers, measuring points & counters, task lists, various types of maintenance plans, etc.
o Notification type, order type, capacity planning, alternate labeling & work center
• Delivered maintenance processing (Controlling) functions such as identification of the relevant settings for the controlling aspects of maintenance order processing in the IMG

I am SAP PM Consultant versatile knowledge of different plan layout at various units such as fcc, ppu and many more I had raised various discrepancies in project work in the formats I, II, IIII had the further carried out the commissioning of tanks and I had carried out the certain maintenance works which comes during commissioning such as air breathier damage, strainer cleaning, compressors, rotary pumps, pressure safety valves maintained, intermediate storage tanks and final product tanks
I. I had used specialized instruments to measure airflow, coal flow, flue gas species and other parameters on large utility coal fired boilers.
II. I had assisted by ensuring that the analytical data is properly checked, create surfer plots, graphs and excel files for the field reports.
III. I had position responsibilities will be to provide technical expertise, technical direction and combustion related troubleshooting for utility coal fired boilers.
IV. I had timely completion of contract testing/troubleshooting, completion of written report, and provide necessary follow-up to ensure customer expectations were met.
V. I had abilities to identify potential plant problems and make recommendations that could develop into more business opportunities
