• Liaison with clients and other design team members at the onset of projects, during design and during construction in order to deliver exceptional projects that meet the requirements of the clients
• Project planning and cost Estimation
• Structural design calculations and detailing for submission to Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, DCCA and other relevant authorities
• Attending technical meeting with DM Engineers and Engineers from other authorities.
• Attending structural inspections
• Production of Structural drawings for approval and use on site
• Coordination and supervision of fit-out and interior designs for submission to authorities
• Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawings/final approved drawings from authorities.
