* Lead team to achieve 40% improvement in Lease Pause (LP Days) from 6 to 3.6, which in turn gave additional
monthly revenue of 1.92 Crs due to improved monthly running of fleet cabs in Ola Fleet.
* Played key role in CFT which Improved Fleet utilization from 67% to 75%, which improved monthly revenue by
2.35 Crs in Ola Fleet.
* Under Operational Excellence framework assisted by Prashaste, improved Noida Dealers’ profitability by 3 times
by improving revenue streams and reducing costs in service operations in a structured manner in 6 months
