 Material handling and accounting of various WIP‟s, Finish Goods and consumable material.
 Operation of various refractory and induction furnaces.
 Handling of Hot Metal approx. 800-1200 degree centigrade.
 Maintaining log books in both ways digitally and manually.
 Operation of Bag Filters, Hygiene system and Water treatment plant.
 Handling of industrial grade Acids (sulfuric acid, nitric acid etc.)
 Maintaining 5S in plant.
 Managing of contractor manpower according to their job profile.
 Month End external/internal P.V. and audit.
 Skilled in conducting periodic mock drills and educating people about fires, fire prevention and making quick exits from the affected building in an emergency
