• Managing purchase requirements of various teams and ensuring compliance to company purchasing policies.
• Coordinating with Ministry of Health to arrange supplies as per agreed contract and carrying out inspection of dispatches to ensure quality.
• Managing the company inventory through the Inventory Management system.
• Receiving the shipment and entering it in the Dynamic Receiving and storage system accordingly to the Invoice and by Generating (SRV- Store Receiving Voucher )
• As Every medicine and equipment requires MOH Release I make asure all the invoice are submitted to the Regulatory department before hand, before any shipment arrives to Kuwait.
• Process damage claims with vendor relating expiry good and damage goods.
• Ensure before hand the no good arrive to Kuwait expired we informing our vendours with the Expiry process of the company .
• Managing and making LC for Bank
• Well aware about the process of the Clearance and Logistic.
• Manage local purchase for Dental and other equipment required by local Clinics and Hospitals .
• Maintaining all the records of PO on Excel also including various other charges e.g Custom charges, Legalesation Fee, Attestion Fee for the orginal documents.
• Ensure that all the invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
• Ensure that all the goods are posted by the account department on the system for smooth selling process.
• Viewed the Old Process and worked on new suggestion to improve.
• Actively supported the new work process and applied to improve the daily tasks.
• Implemented EHR (Electronic Health Record and Dynamic Software) systems to automated patient records management.
• Train new and existing staff on new on Dynamic Microsoft systems.
