 Managing 500+ units of Properties including Commercial & Residential
 Responsible of entire Facilities Team & Service contract vendors
 Managing Lease Agreement : Residential / Commercial and New lease / Renewal
 Ensure that new and renewal Lease or any other Legal document is prepared in accordance with the SOP and signed by the authorized person
