Responsible for the Balancing of all retail, Lease and Wholesale receipts and Accounts payable processing for disbursements to Debtors, Customers and repo Agents as well as Reconciliation of all related General Ledger Accounts.
Responsibilities:
Performing allocated Capital, Mortgage and Equipment reconciliations for open items and reporting on monthly basis
Clearing and following of aged open items
Balancing the system activities between Sub-ledger and General ledger
Identify the missing transactions from the daily interface
Balance the lease and loan accounts on daily basis
Working on open items above 90+ through escalation Matrix
Using SAP and IBM Mainframes (Lemans) and (Shaw) for required research.
Post required Journal Entries in SAP (General Ledger).
Report to customer on all Open items with age-wise for all the reconciliations.
Reconcile of All month end recons before work day 10.
