Management of O&M contract for the passengers loading bridges (PLB). Manpower mobilization. SOPs, O&M manuals, maintenance checklists, asset list, PMP. Revision of monthly and yearly reports.
- KPI (key performance indicators), SLA (service level agreement) review and assessment for the FM contractor of Hamad international airport.
- O&M of all special systems in the airport: ACS (access control system), VSS (visual security system), AODB (airport operation database), AVDGS and GOS (aircraft visual docking guidance system and guidance operation system, VWS (vacuum waste system), PMCS (power monitoring control system), BMS and CBMS building management system
- Maintenance of all mechanical systems in the airport: People movers (escalators, elevators, moving walks, automated people mover), sliding doors, revolving doors, potable / Fire water line
• Planning and undertaking preventive and corrective maintenance
• Responding to breakdowns and Diagnosing faults
• Supervising engineering and technical staff and Repairing equipment
• Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Maintaining statistical and financial records and managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Creating maintenance procedures and supporting main FM contractor
• Quantity Surveying, for pre and post claims drawings. As built dwg verification
• Carry out inspection of the installed Electrical equipment, HVAC systems, Plumbing and Fire protection systems as mentioned in the approved ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
• Review Inspection Request Form (IRF) prepared by the Sub-contractors and check whether all required documents are attached in it or not.
• Co-ordinate with Subcontractors/Main Contractor for clearing designated inspection points as per ITP.
• Control of site installations activities by Surveillance inspections and implement QC Points.
• Participating in quality meetings with Client/Sub contractors and expediting in the resolution of quality issues.
• Ensure implementation of Quality Control Plans and procedures.
• ATS(Automatic Transfer Switch) commissioning (Sub station Automation)
• Attending technical co-ordination meetings and progress meetings with consultants, site co-
Ordination discussions and progress meetings with sub-contractors.
• Reviews of the Engineering drawings, design requirements, are in compliance with the Quality requirements.
• AHU, FCU, CRAC, EF, SEF, pre comm. and comm. And functional tests FTP validation
Authorised system Integrator of SIEMENS automation and Drives, My role was meeting with engineers/managers in various industries in Kerala and provide them solutions for their needs in industrial automation and electrical systems like process automation and Automatic motor control centers, or PLC and SCADA systems. I work with my design team and even project team also. My skills in AUTOCAD helpd my firm in documentation also.
