Joined 'VIKRAM CEMENT" a large & modern Cement Plant in India as a Trainee Engineer. I was involved in Erection, Maintenance, and Operation of two Ball Mills and 6 Electronic Packing Machines (Haver & Boecker)

Major Assignments Executed
a) 1st 8 rows of CFG replaced with IKN. Next 12 rows of CFG increased from 10-plates to 12-plates rows. All cooler grate beams were fabricated & machined in our own workshop under my guidance.
b) Steel cord belt conveyor of 960 meters long was split into two conveyors. Entire conveyor structure & belt drums were prepared in our own workshop.
c) A belt conveyor of 620 meters long of 400 tph capacity upgraded to 1500 tph capacity by enlarging the width of same structure to 1400 mm wide belt.
d) Fabrication of KHD roller press VSK separator rotor-cage wheel with minimal balancing.
e) Erection of 1000tph capacity crusher, Electronic packing machines, Cement mills, FLS & KHD Roller press were executed under my leadership.
f) Kiln shell replacement assignment was carried out two times
g) Kiln riding ring chair pads replacement.
h) Reclaimer raking car rails & guide rollers were modified into different rail system.
i) Process fan casing fabrication for 7, 00, 000 M3 /hr capacity fan.
j) My direct involvement in repair of high power gearboxes, Maag & Tacke
k) 4.5 Dia X 16 metre long cooler vent duct fabricated in own workshop.
l) Vertical roller mill Roller assembly bearings & oil seal replacement work (LOESCHE & KP)
m) Through vibration analysis relative movement of shaft & bearing in heavy duty process fan was predicted & solved the problem.
n) Balancing of DG turbo-charger impeller.
o) Circular stock pile, stacker column bearings' replacement work.
