Major Achievements
• Fast tracked the delayed 2yr EPIC project. Project that was awarded in April 2014 and had progressed only 9.95% when I joined. I joined this company on June 01, 2015. The progress today is 80%. This effort has been highly acclaimed by the client
• Reduced overheads by terminating superfluous /redundant / non-performing staff and have been executing the project with just adequate staff
• Prepared systems to control quantity of materials being ordered
• Prepared and implemented many other cost control measures
• Handled staff from multiple countries and won their co-operation and admiration
• Similar achievements were recorded on other projects
• Responsible for P&L of the department.
Responsible for preparing “Detailed Project Reports” and “Bid Documents”, supervision of various contracts under execution for Rs.423 crores worth of projects under and ADB - IDIPT scheme for development of infrastructure at various tourist locations in Tamilnadu.
Co-ordinating the following “HIGHWAY PROJECTS”

Consultancy services for feasibility study cum DPR, Survey and Preparation of Land plan for widening to two lane with paved shoulders from junction of joining NH-65 Marval-Aalur-Akkalkot-Indi-Zalji (NH-13) Bijapura border for an approximate length of 63.0kms in the state of Karnataka (Job No.NH-KNT-2017-18-853
2. Consultancy services for feasibility study cum DPR, Survey and Preparation of Land plan for widening to two lane with paved shoulders from Jath (Maharashtra)-Athani - near Gokak for an approximate length of 92.0kms in the state of Karnataka (Job No.NH-KNT-2017-18-861)
