Having the duties such as:
• Warm welcome to the guest.
• Leading him to the reception.
• Giving information to the guest about the city and important locations.
• Arranging the tours for the guests as and when required.
• Escorting the guest to the room along with the luggage.
• The main working place for the Bell Man is in the Lobby, at his desk called bell desk on concierge desk.
• At all times one of the bell boy should be there on duty.
• Report for the duty 10minutes before the shift.
• Take over from the previous shift and read the log book and follow any pending works to be completed.
• Making sure that the lobby area is clean and neat.
• Keeping the car parking area clean & help the guests to park their cars.
• Following the instruction of the reception regarding the guest requirements or for errand works.
• Watching all guests for their buggage & if they find any guest with the small bags only, informs the reception immediately.
• Control the visitors for the guests and always report to the reception.
• Bell man is responsible for the smooth operation of the lobby, bell desk, entrance, and car parking areas.
• Reporting directly to the Supervisor/Manager.
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by the management.
• Thank the guest and wish him/her a pleasant stay before leaving the hotel.

Language Knows:
• English, Urdu, Hindi, (Arabic Fairly)
