Job Responsibilities
• Planning and producing forecasts to set a clear recruitment timeline for staff and managerial requirements
• Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with the Principals/Managers to stay up to date with the current and future requirements

Job Responsibilities
• Managing a team of 5 recruitment Consultants.
• Receive the requirements from the clients/BDM, understand the requirements and assigning the task to the respective team members
• Help the consultants with Keywords in finding the cvs from job portals & linkedin
• Review the short-listed resumes received from the team and finalize the list for submittal
