NATURE OF JOBS:
1. Ensure that SWP were adopted during project stage and commissioning of plant including PSSR, and safety walkthrough with SHEM as the basis.

2. Exclusively responsible of support and control the correct implementation during project work and running plants as per company HSE Policy. Providing strategic advice to the site management and delivering practical solution at the operational level. A sound experience to assist the site/plant management in HSE issues, motivate all level colleagues and keep their moral up in HSE issues. Excellent team working in order to help appraise, evaluate and advice to contractors, authorities and other disciplines.

3. Ensure that safe work practices (SWP) were adopted for the ongoing activities like equipment maintenance, rigging operation, erection of piping, equipments, excavation, welding, cutting, grinding, patching plant operations, confined space entry, electrical safety, manual handling etc…. and primary focus shall be on the worker safety and health of contractors as it related to the SWP (PPE, Training). Ensuring the importance of housekeeping as a tool for safe condition in during project & normal operations.

4. Taking care of internal communication system (paging, tetra etc...) during normal operation and during emergency.

5. Participate & can lead investigation for any type of incident & follow all recommendations of team till end to provide a good example to all members & employees and take necessary step to be eliminate/reduce reoccurrence.

6. Responsible to maintain and manage safety equipments and promote safety awareness about them to staff and external contractors about using the facilities in line with corporate HSE policies.
7. Participate during tool box talks whenever required. Conducting safety induction course for the new employees.

8. Monitor and report the health, safety and environmental performance at site for the external sub-contractors personnel.

9. Participating in the site emergency response preparedness, conduct mock drills and follow up the improvement measures under taken after the regular exercises.

10. Leading safety audit internal & external team of safety in the plant for all important audits and conducting audit successfully with mitigation.

11. Health follows up of employees through industrial medical checkup system, hearing conservation test, nuclear radiation exposure test and chemical exposure test.

12. Hazardous waste management and environmental issues coordination as per SHEM standard and following Royal Commission regulations.
