•Prepare technical submittals, Inspection requests, Method statements and other documents.
•Coordinate and witness required tests and Inspections for materials and construction elements. Ensure that the tests and Inspections are performed in accordance with the Contract requirement and Specifications.
•Compile and maintain records of approved materials/technical submittals, Inspection requests, Method statement, shop drawings and as built drawing, closed NCRs and test results.
•Prepare Handover package at the end of contract.
•Report Project Manager regarding work performance and and suggest corrective actions plan for work with discrepancies.
•Liaise with the Client's representatives to conduct day-to-day quality inspections.
•Attend Monthly Project Review Meetings and notify the project team of potential problems which may arise.
•Understand and interpret the contract documents, drawings and site instructions to construction team.
•Schedule work in order to utilize available resources in most efficient manner and in order to meet the project milestones and deadlines.
•Ensure all materials used, construction methods adopted and procedures followed are as per specifications.
•Estimate the material requirement and initiate procurement according to project schedule and lead times.
•Liaise with client, consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, project control team, and other workforce involved in the project.
•Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies on site.
•Prepare required reports and documentation.
•Resolve unforeseen technical difficulties and problems which may arise.
