Execute, coordinate, and support many maintenance activities related to the DGS, rotor & bearing replacement, compressor overhaul, turbine maintenance inspection, QA/QC, troubleshooting, equipment strategy and studies related to rotating equipment.
Leading rotating equipment project , prepare design specification, prepare bid documents, review bid, review vendor design documentation, mechanical engineering deliverables, data sheet, design changes etc. and provide guidance to contractor and vendors and make sure compliance with Design Basis, Specifications, Codes, Standards and Industry Practices.

Provide technical support & advice on the rotating equipment to various operations, engineering, projects, and shutdown & turnaround departments.
Calculate and monitor thermodynamic performance calculation and compare with equipment manufacturer curve to check performance trend.

• Review required spare parts & its availability with all resources required to execute the job to complete activities as per plan & reduce equipment’s downtime.
• Analyze and identify any potential equipment failure upfront before PF curve by using Condition Monitoring Techniques & Thermodynamic Performance Calculation.
• Develop and improve equipment strategy based on MTBF, failure history & findings, Identification of failure modes, OEM O&M manual etc.
• Lead and support plant rotating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Lead or support root cause analysis investigations, solution development, and risk assessment to minimize number of trips & improve plant reliability.
• Identify emerging potential rotating equipment issue / bad actor and attend on time to prevent machinery breakdown failure, process safety and production loss.
• Vibration troubleshooting related to all types of malfunction commonly observed in rotating machines e.g. unbalance, misalignment, rubbing, bearing failure, fluid instability, etc.

• Joined as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and then worked as a Project Engineer, Sr. Project Engineer & Sr. Maintenance engineer in Refineries & Petrochemical Plants.
• Supervised and lead plant maintenance technicians team to resolve daily PPM, CI/CO work order and screen SAP work notification and improve plant reliability.
