Audit:
➢ Handled audit assignment under various statutes e.g. Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Trust Act, etc., of entities of various sizes up to finalization.


Taxation:
➢ Have assisted senior CAs in preparing submissions for assessment proceedings, CIT (A) and ITAT.
➢ Have prepared appeals for the levels of CIT (A) and ITAT.
➢ Independently Handled compliance to AIR, TDS (including Form 15 CA & CB), Service Tax etc.
➢ Prepared and filed income tax and wealth tax returns of various categories of assessees.
➢ Drafting of submission for compliance to Income tax routine notices.
➢ Independently and strategically handled assignment of income tax refund and no/lower withholding of TDS certificate (Section 197)

Mgmt. Consultancy:
➢ Drafting of partnership deed at various phases/stages (viz. formation, retirement, appointment, supplementary and dissolution)
➢ Drafting of Lease deed, Leave and license agreement and Shareholder's agreement.
➢ Prepared project report and projections.
