Role & Responsibilities

•Instrumental in drafting the induction process and HR Procedures & guidelines.
•Collate CVs from email inbox, record and track status of applications.
•Issuing employment offer and ensuring paper work and visa related requirements are fulfilled. Liaising with the PRO for work permits, visa issues and employment contract
•Responsible for complete joining, Induction and orientation formalities of new employees including the presentation of the HR policies
•Processing on issuance of Labor Agreement, Labor Card, Emirates Id Cards & Company IdCard
•Involved in Asset Management & Vehicle Management Post joining
•Processing on issuance, deletion addition of employees for company Medical Cards & Worksmen compensation.
•Issuing salary certificates, visa certificates, NOCs, salary advance agreements.
•Maintained all employee related details, including manually creating files for storing all staff & office personnel details
•Attendance and Leave management.
•Managed staff monthly payroll administration & preparing the payroll sheet for all the employees
•Preparing the salary calculation sheets for the consultants and sharing the same with the clients for review to process salaries
•Interacting with the bank executives in opening the salary bank accounts of the employees
•Effective partnering with Operations Management to establish and maintain hiring processes.
•Teaming up with hiring managers on a regular basis to develop job descriptions and effective marketing strategies.

•Involved in lateral & campus joinees audit in SAP.
•Performing as a backup in absence of team resource for on boarding activies in Hyderabad.
•Conducting continuous training & mentoring to the new resource in our team for smooth functioning of on boarding formalities/ induction.

•Training co-ordination (preparing the list of employees, invite participants, blocking the training room in advance, training calendar update, coordinating with trainers/ Facilitators, Attendance, Training Feedback)
•Induction program.
•Involved in complete streamlining of the process to ensure a system in place.A clean process with definite timelines defined in each step.
