Recruitment professional (overseas) mainly in the field of Oil & Gas (onshore & offshore), Power, Petrochemical, Refinery, Marine etc. in leading EPC and Design Engineering companies based in Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman)
Responsibilities:
• Understanding and analyzing the Job Description provided by Client.
• Posting of job on Major Web Portals Like: Naukri India, Monster, Times jobs, in Social networking Site: - Linked in
• Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of suitable candidates.
• Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Stability etc.
• Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client.
• Follow-up with the clients for candidates feedback and also for the new requirements
• Follow-up with the candidates for Post-Employment Reference Checks, Notice Period Negotiations, etc till joining
• Effectively build up database, internet and Employee referrals for prospective hiring.
• Handholding candidates from shortlisting to joining.
