• Determine and defines project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Review and approve contractor’s quality control procedure as per project specification and standards.
• Evaluate and approve contractor’s quality personnel.
• Site surveillance and initiates log book entry proactive notifications to contractor through the SAPMT.
• Issue a log book entry standard violation for any non-conformance observed from the contractor.
• Witness and provide inspection coverage for works executed at site through approved ITP and checklist.
• Inspect contractor’s procured materials if it meets project standards and requirement.
• Assist SAPMT in enforcing and interpreting company standards and specifications.
• Recommend solutions to SAPMT for the construction problems, violations and concerns.
• Review and implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensures that the work is performed as required by the contract and meet or exceed the client’s requirement through their standards, IFC drawings and other industry codes like ASTM, ACI, AASHTO and IBC.
• Regular site visits for foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on experience to share with construction team and issue pro-active notifications to avoid any future violations or non-conformance.
• Imitating internal Log Book Entries/NCR’s to construction team for effective implementation of project quality plan, ITP’s, written procedures, project specifications and IFC drawings.
• Conducts pre-inspections, prepares and submit Request for Inspection (RFI) to client for final approval.
• Prepares corrective and preventive actions, discuss with the construction team for immediate closure of NCR issued by client.
• Maintain and organize quality documents.
• Witness 3rd party sampling and testing for concrete, soil, asphalt, micro pile, epoxy and cement grout.
• Review and verify test results according to project requirements.
• Checks and monitor on going works for pipe laying, concrete, earthworks, asphalt and grouting.
• Inspects purchased materials according to project requirements.
• Coordination with PID representatives for daily monitoring of works at site.

Job Description :
* Preparation, approval and implementation of the QC Plan
* Verification of materials as per project plans and specifications
* Development of means and methods to store and protect materials
* Maintain documentation of inspection status of materials
* Maintain documentation for material and administrative approvals
* Supervises two QC inspectors for Towers A and B
* Assign daily tasks such as monitoring of concrete honey combs, cracks, repair works,
concrete sampling, concrete slump test, concrete temperature and material checking.
* Prepares quality checklists and disseminates to inspectors for activities like formwork
prior to closure, concrete pre-pouring, form stripping and concrete repairing.
* Ensure that all materials and construction are in accordance with the requirements for
the completeness, accuracy and constructability in accordance with applicable building
codes
Project Name : Saudi Arabia National Guard Housing Project
*Review and analyze T3 Drawings, Shop drawings, Method Statements, Specifications and Standards.
* Ensures all materials and methodologies done on site according to QA/QC Plan and ITP
* Inspect onsite activities if its according to the correct methodology stated in the
Specifications
* Checks all Civil Works, Infrastructure Works, Landscaping, Finishing Works and Pre Cast
Works.
* Conducts a pre inspection before raising any RFI to the consultant
* Conducts a joint Inspection together with the consultant after pre inspection was done
* Submits and takes documentations for all the RFI submitted
* Coordinate with the site if there are comments needed to be done.
* Updates and reports progress through approved inspections to technical office
* Takes immediate action for any NCR or JSI issued by the consultants
* Submit an Internal QA/QC Reports if there are some works done not according the
specifications.
* Monitors the site laboratory of any tests and samplings done. (Field Density Test by
Sand Cone Method, Concrete Cylinder Compressive Test, Concrete delivered on site
(Slump, Temp…), Concrete Cube Compressive Test for Pre Cast Grouting etc.

Job Description :
* Supervises in Earthmoving Works (Excavation and Backfilling)
* Checks the Installation of rebars it’s spacing and standard hooks
* Checks elevation and installation of forms and supports for beams, slabs and columns
* Estimates the volume of concrete for the scheduled pouring
* Estimates the quantity of CHB’s, Fine Sands and Cement for masonry works
* Check the daily activities and manpower updates
* Forecasts the weekly scheduled activities
* Performs daily pre task meeting
* Performs Manpower Distribution
* Coordinate with the co-engineer and foreman for the smooth flow of the project
* Ensures and implements safety for the workers at all times
* Implement new techniques to maximize production
