Establishing new Security Services Company in Dubai-UAE. I was setting up this company in terms of registration, recruitment, manpower supply and statutory regulations. Worked on Short Term Basis to understand the legal formalities to setup a Security Company in Dubai-UAE.
As a Complex Security Manager I was setting up Security & Safety operations for 03 Global Starwood Branded Hotels (St. Regis, W Hotel, and Westin Hotel) and a 1500 seater capacity water theme theater which is one of the landmarks in Dubai --UAE.
I am the preopening Security Manager for this project and one luxury branded hotel is opened successfully and other 02 more hotels are going to open in shortly.

•This position is responsible for managing and directing all security & vigilance operations at a hotel property.
•Specifically, responsible for the security responsibilities: maintaining the physical and technical security systems of the property, including the Fire and Life Safety systems; Emergency Planning and Crisis Response incident planning; .
•Management of Security Capital Expenditures and the annual operating budget for the department,
•Local coordination of Homeland Security defense initiatives; all law enforcement liaison for the property (local, state and federal), and Security Awareness programs and security training for employees and security staff.

Achievements:
• Played a major role in opening of this first international brand property in South India & First Security Professional deployed at the property for Preopening Management Group.
• Conducted Counter Terrorist & Rehearse Hostage Rescue Drill at Hyatt Regency Chennai involving both National Security Guard (Ministry of Home Affairs - India) & Tamil Nadu State Special Action Group.
• Prepared necessary documents as per the brand corporate standards and as per the global security threat perceptions.
• Made elaborate security plans and arrangements for the “FIDE World Chess Championship Tournament” which was organized in the hotel, and ensured personal security escorts for the players and other dignitaries.

This organization at Hyderabad is spread across 6 different locations, having over 4500 employees and over 200 temporary staff. I am the first Security Manager for this company for their Hyderabad setup and lead a team of over 175 security staff.
I was responsible for setting up all the Security Systems across all the office locations, 2 guest houses. This included a Security Operations Center for Asia Pacific (SOC) & Emergency Response Teams and Employee programs in Hyderabad. These programs were focused at making the employees more aware of Organization and Employee security requirements.

• Success fully opened 02 new offices (Queens Plaza / WHCIT) and Wipro Campus in 33 acres at Manikonda, Hyderabad during my Tenure.
• Assisted in the expansion of various ODC’s in terms of providing necessary facilities & physical security norms as per the client’s requirements.

• Busted a fake recruitment racket in Hyderabad who were using organization’s brand and tarnishing the company image.
