Managing the Network & Telecom Services Operations of the 8+ offices across India & Philippines
•Assist the teams in testing and researching new or existing technologies to help the organization in achieving the goals, with efficiency and simplicity

I am a part of big project of Accenture where in my duties were to transform the client’s network from legacy to new network, transformed the UK, US client sites & remote ATMs.
•To prepare the configuration of network devices like Routers, Switches etc. for client sites which going to be migrated from legacy network
•To coordinate with service providers for links (Lease line/ADSL or Metro Ethernet) provisioning at client sites
•Interacting with onsite teams and management to assess client requirements and design cost effective high level & low level network designs according to the need of business
•Migration of client sites legacy network which include testing, configuration of links, network devices, servers and end systems
•Identifying, installing and maintaining upgrades to the network devices to make the overall network uptime better
•Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), lease lines, ADSL & MPLS Links and peripheral equipment
•To provide support to onsite Network administrators & engineers and guide them on installation & connectivity
•Provide after site migration support to onsite engineers for any network connectivity related issues

Responsible for managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Evalueserve Network security, VPN connectivity, ASA, , PIX firewall, Access Control Server for worldwide facilities.
•Responsible for providing level 2 support for IP Telephony setup at multiple locations
•Responsible for managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Global Network Infrastructure in Chile, Romania, China, Gurgaon (Corporate office & SEZ site).
•Responsible to provide complete network support. Direct co-ordination with clients to meet and understand new project requirement and for all network changes of either side for data, to provide desired connectivity
•Configuration changes and troubleshooting for routing, switching, vlan, vpn, global and local IP address management, in live environment

•Complete setup of new projects for Evalueserve was planned and implemented. This included planning for laying Race way, Datacenter layout and configuration of network devices.
•Successful implementation of load balancing between 2 sites with three MEL links on core switches.

My role in this company to make sure new business setup is done as per WNS and client standards and to ensure smooth operation of built setup.
