The Warehouse Store Keeper is responsible for day to day warehouse operations, which includes all Retail, Maintenance and Food Items from receiving, cleaning, storing and distribution

• Check all information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Check the expired date and the production date for food items.
• Check the temperature of the frozen foods before receiving, same with the chill foods.
• Make sure only purchase items are received.
• keep the items received to their respective locations
• maintain and organize the store is clean and hygnic ( dry, freezer, and chillers)
• postings of invoices in the system ( eatec Oracle and maximo)
• Posting of requisition in the system.
• Communicate with staff, supervisor, and managers for any over received of goods or stocks or damaged goods.
• Inventory of stocks at the end of the month and every quarterly.
• Submitting the posted invoices to the finance for further process.
• Performs warehousing and store keeping tasks to include acquiring, receiving, identifying, handling, storing, issuing and delivering a wide variety of materials, parts and supplies utilizing a computerized system.
• As assigned, guides and instructs storekeeper I personnel in warehousing and store keeping procedures, materials identification, handling and storage, work and safety methods, daily tasks to be performed, equipment operation, record keeping and related matters.
• Verifies receipt of incoming supplies and materials against invoice and purchase order.
• Utilizes material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, hand truck and delivery vehicles to handle, pick up or deliver materials and supplies.
• Performs housekeeping tasks to monitor the safety, security and cleanliness of area.
