Inspection/Surveillance of construction activities, Site supervision & Exhibition work of Building, External Drainage, Site Development with internal RCC Road & Checking of material quality as per tender specification received at site.
Conducting the tests on site.
Prepare Extra/Excess proposal of Tender Item, Prepare Estimate & DTP for Future project as per requirement (with reference of Schedule of Rate).
To monitor the work as it has to be smooth & timely completion of the project along with quality.
Provide Technical Services and instructions to the Contractors.
Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in engineering subjects such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, thermodynamics, etc.
Participate in the development and review of engineering curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on engineering equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publications, and presentations in the field of engineering.
The Lecturer and Maintenance Engineer position combines the responsibilities of educating students in engineering principles and practices with the practical duties of maintaining and overseeing the operation of engineering equipment and facilities.
Participate in the development and review of engineering curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic best practices.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise, teaching ability, and hands-on maintenance skills.
