Reviving Dormant Clients and Handling end to end recruitment process for Active Clients.
Responsible for handling recruitments for Technical positions.
Sourcing and screening the right candidates through various sources like Head Hunting, Job Portals, References, cold calling and Job postings or in the walk ins conducted from time to time
Maintaining Databank.
Responsible for Interviewing the candidates either telephonically or through direct interaction before sending them across to the clients.
Maintaining MIS.
I have worked on all Sales, HR, Finance, Technical & Telecom entry level.
Windows is a leading search firm in India supporting top IT/ Non IT multinational organisations in the industry. Their clients are Microsoft, Intel, Ericsson, Barclays Shared Services, SunLife Financial, Medanta, KPMG, EY etc.
My role was to manager a team of 2-3 resources and working as a SPOC for our key clients.
