Unblocking orders by using software Infor LN and ETM, like Noon.com, Amazon, Sharaf DG, Fristcry.com,
Carrefour, Ace.com and Sharjah Co Society in UAE and KSA.
• Reconciliation of the third-party ledgers with regards to the payments received against the sales orders,
commissions charged on a monthly basis like Noon, Amazon etc.
• Following up with 3rd Party Payments, reconcile with our reports and follow up with the Vendor for payment.
• Daily Reconciliation of Cash & Card report received from Showroom and passing transaction entries in System
(LN) for UAE, Qatar & KSA (18 Showrooms UAE, 2 Showrooms Qatar & 1 Showroom KSA)
• COD Sheet Processing, COD orders sheet received from warehouse.
• Broker & Interior commission processing against the sales orders delivered and posting financial entries in
books.
• Cash Refund and Card refund re-confirming the customer balance from system (LN) and processing the refund
through system for UAE, Qatar & KSA.
• Petty Cash entries for cash realized by Head Cashier.
• Supplier Invoice Posting Invoices of Ajman Port, OOCL, Symbol Mattress, GWC & Bawan International
• Order Settlement If any changes in Online order Like Discount, Processing, Unblocking etc.
• Preparing Export documents for transfer of Item from UAE To QATAR To OMAN To KSA and Coordinating
with Logistics team.
