Emxcel travel solutions is a start up organisation, Currently working as head of offline marketing for the corporate group. We are in a process of launching mobile apps for travel / households. Profile includes researching on b2b and b2c segmenting. Devising marketing plans for pre and post launch. Handling a team of 10 junior and senior marketing executives.
Key Result Areas:
• Responsible for marketing communications for 350 plus cafes across the western region.
• Instrumental in In-Cafe Promotion and Awareness Creation, New café launches, In-Cafe themes & display, Store Merchandise Layout, Designing and implementing programs to create better and uniform customer experience across cafes
• Marketing Alliances with other verticals to increase foot falls in the cafes.
• Handling a team of 6 within the region.
• Opportunities and ideating new Promotions for increase in foot falls
• Working with vendors closely to activate BTL elements to get in maximum mileage / footfalls.
• Heading the home delivery project for Café Coffee day.
• Launching new products in conjunction with the F&B team for seasons as well as promotions.
Key Result Areas:
• Responsible for Marketing Communications for Promart retail stores & Rover Deodorant Pan India
• Developing Marketing Strategies to build consumer preferences and drive volumes.
• Evaluating marketing budgets and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
• Providing direction to execute promotions / launches as part of brand building & market development effort.
• Manage innovations and renovation based on consumer insights which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation
• Active involvement in product changes, addition of new products or introduction of new range of products in the region.
• Creating & Ideating opportunities for increasing footfall in the stores.
• Design and implement corporate marketing strategies and develop activities that maximize the consumer experience and drive traffic at the shops and online.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual marketing and communications performance reports for the management.
• Communicate with the retail operations team in order to implement in-store promotions
• Plan, budget and monitor the marketing budgets.
• Plan, develop and implement effective retail marketing programs in order to promote brand awareness.
• Brief on objectives and ensure implementation
• To develop and manage vendors for cutting edge visibility units, merchandising equipment, collaterals, pos etc.
Initiated my own travel business. Was into rental service of passenger vehicles to semi corporate / individuals on daily / weekly / monthly basis. Was responsible for business developments / travel orders / arranging drivers cars for the business. Co-ordinating with other travel operators for business growth.

• Opportunities and ideating new Promotions for increase in foot falls
• Working with vendors closely to activate BTL elements to get in maximum mileage / footfalls.
• Heading the home delivery project for Café Coffee day.

• Co-ordination with Advertising and Media Agencies for the Creatives, invoices and other initiatives.
• Handling marketing account of 15 million AED for the entire year.
• Devising tactical campaigns to increase footfalls in the stores.
• Co-ordinating with other agencies for campaigns ( i.e sms & email campaign).
• Cross promotional activities with other verticals for branding of Home Centre to get maximum mileage. (Sony Hi - life Dubai, Mother Baby child show etc ).
Key Result Areas:
• Co-ordination with Advertising agencies, media houses for generating advertising revenues for the magazines and websites.
• Branding of e4m/ pitch / impact with various events happening in the fraternity for getting maximum mileage.
• Organising and pitching in for sponsors / guest list / venue for our own events ie. Pitch brainstrom / exchange 4 medial conclave, impact person of the year etc.
• Handling the entire marketing and sales initiatives for the western region.
