In my career of more than 13 years, I have worked with different products of travel trade for more than 11 years, I have had the opportunity to be exposed to many areas of the travel industry.

In my current profile, I am involved with the team for finding new travel destinations, deal with different travel product suppliers for best prices and inventory, check the feasibility of the product and marketing them accordingly. I coordinate with technincal team, contracting team etc for the smooth functionality of the operation. I also need to make sure the sales team meeting sale targets without compromising the quality parameters set by the organization.

I supervise day-to-day operations and work done by my team members, assess the team's performance on a regular basis, providing timely feedback in different ways. I am also involved with the appraisal, training requirement, shift rotations and resource allocation for my team.

Before joining my current organization, I have been working with Tecnovate eSolutions Pvt Ltd. (Travelport). In Tecnovate, I worked as a Second Tier for the Airline Vendor Desk of Apollo GDS & Galileo GDS. While working with Apollo GDS & Galileo GDS my job was to take supervisory calls to provide support to travel agents based in US, Canada and Japan for their GDS issue and also for their reservations made on the respective GDS'. I also used to provide support to other GDS' helpdesks like Sabre (American Airlines), Worldspan (Delta Airlines), Amadeus GDS for the United Airlines reservations made on their respective GDS'.

Before joining Tecnovate, I worked with Daksh (IBM) as a Customer service specialist and my job was to provide customer service to the clients of Amazon group (Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk) most customer centric company in the world.
