▶ Implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of global procurement cost of Raw-Material, Logistics
and sourcing.
▶ Combining multi-disciplinary experience with the hands-on approach in charting out business strategies and contributing
towards enhancing business volumes & growth and achieving profitability norms.
▶ Reviewing & validating necessary reports & documentation such as tracking the Purchase Order (PO), DO (Delivery Order),
ADPR (Actual Delivery Position Report) Ratio Report, Stock, Dispatch Efficiency Evaluation Report, Dispatch Capacity
Support Report, Space Capacity Utilization Analysis, Inventory Control Report, TAT Report, Aging Report, Gross and Net
Variance Track Report & Quality Performance Report; maintaining dispatch reports and sending to the higher authority
for stakeholder visibility.
▶ Steering capital expenditures (CAPEX) and professional services entailing preparation of strategies, risk assessments,
governance guidelines and policies, tendering, contract preparation, procurement management and planning, benefit
savings, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations and vendor selection and approvals.
▶ Preparing:
o Budgets, cash flow, schedules and tender documents such as B.O.Q, technical terms & conditions, fiscal terms;
conducting negotiation meetings, reviewing and scrutinizing services tender
o Tender specifications & finalizing requirements; interacting with consultants for technical & contractual matters
