evaluation meetings and maintaining the supply base that balances the volume.
▶ Overseeing a team of over 400 individuals spanning all departments, with a focus on optimizing processes and resources
to maintain smooth operations that fulfill customer demands and uphold quality standards.
▶ Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with business goals, managing the supply chain, overseeing
production, ensuring quality control, and effectively controlling costs.
▶ Providing leadership and guidance to the team, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and
actively managing risks.
▶ Planning strategies around performance management & key analytics; recruiting and motivating teams, developing
expansion & strategic plans projected to turnaround company results & create momentum.
▶ Streamlining department processes & procedures to determine optimum staffing levels; instituting metrics to document
cost savings, purchase requisition turnaround, and number of Purchase Orders (POs) issued.
▶ Negotiating with supplier for procurement of numerous component(import & local); supervising overall process at the
vendor & providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancement.
▶ Implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of global procurement cost of Raw-Material, Logistics
and sourcing.
▶ Combining multi-disciplinary experience with the hands-on approach in charting out business strategies and contributing
towards enhancing business volumes & growth and achieving profitability norms.
▶ Reviewing & validating necessary reports & documentation such as tracking the Purchase Order (PO), DO (Delivery Order),
ADPR (Actual Delivery Position Report) Ratio Report, Stock, Dispatch Efficiency Evaluation Report, Dispatch Capacity
Support Report, Space Capacity Utilization Analysis, Inventory Control Report, TAT Report, Aging Report, Gross and Net
Variance Track Report & Quality Performance Report; maintaining dispatch reports and sending to the higher authority
for stakeholder visibility.
▶ Steering capital expenditures (CAPEX) and professional services entailing preparation of strategies, risk assessments,
governance guidelines and policies, tendering, contract preparation, procurement management and planning, benefit
savings, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations and vendor selection and approvals.
▶ Preparing:
o Budgets, cash flow, schedules and tender documents such as B.O.Q, technical terms & conditions, fiscal terms;
conducting negotiation meetings, reviewing and scrutinizing services tender
o Tender specifications & finalizing requirements; interacting with consultants for technical & contractual matters
