the entire process from presales activities to invoicing. My focus was on maintaining
an uninterrupted and seamless flow of the process, without any roadblocks.
▪ Engaged in the successful execution of Greenlake projects, with a primary focus on
the paper use model. Through strategic initiatives and innovative approaches, I
played a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities that translated into a
substantial value of $2.5 mn.
▪ To thoroughly validate the sales documents, including Statements of Work (SOW),

▪ I ensured the timely booking of hardware orders, free from hold codes and other
blocks, to guarantee on-schedule delivery to the customer's site as per their
requested dates.

each team member was well-versed in the end-to-end procedures for every project.
▪ Over 6 months from the time of transition, a seamless process for handling
hardware (HW) orders, ensuring a flawless execution by my team. Our collective
efforts were focused on eliminating accuracy concerns and consistently meeting
the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT). Our dedicated endeavors were reflected in the
remarkable achievement of surpassing $3.5 mn revenue milestone solely from
hardware orders.
