• Tele-Troubleshooting - conducts over-the-phone troubleshooting of network/CATV/email/webhosting issues for corporate clients
• Escalation and monitoring - escalates network faults and alarms to concerned groups as immediate as possible to avert issues developing into a major service interfering problem
• Fault Isolation - isolates newly created/ repeat faults to help escalate to the right group
• Email Troubleshooting - resolves, escalates, and troubleshoots all emails from corporate clients that have network/CATV/email/webhosting issues
• Network Monitoring and Analysis - monitors and analyzes clients’ networks by the use of applications like Cacti, UNM, and Nagios
• Configurations - supports basic network and email configurations for corporate clients
• Final Test Manufacturing Support - provides product-related support to Final Test Section
• First Level Analysis - includes troubleshooting problems encountered while testing/ re-authorizing products
• Product Re-authorization - authorization of transfer products (from different Mfg Sites)
• Capacity Improvement - supports projects that includes capacity improvement (reducing Test Time, additional Test Sites)
• Repeat Board Authorization - authorization of additional load boards (N + 1 load boards)
• CAB for Transfer Products - conducting Mfg CAB (Change Action Board) for products that include changes in their process/peripherals/equipment.
• Product Yield and RBA Issues - analysis of rejects and improvement of product yield
• Project Management - managing different projects (Test Time Reduction, Migration Projects, Capacity Improvement Projects)
• Communication Line Troubleshooting and Repair - supports line technicians in troubleshooting telephone lines, and repairing the faults (includes changing lines, splicing, and re-layout of lines)
• DSL Troubleshooting and Repair - supports DSL troubleshooting by isolating the network, and adjusting network parameters (includes changing modems, remote troubleshooting, and re-configuring network)
• Main Distribution Frame Maintenance and Operations - supports MDF activities like transferring line connections, isolation of communication lines under repair, and connecting a new line for a new subscriber
• Corenet Maintenance and Operations - supports Corenet activities like lay-outing of new fiber lines, checking communications with other substations, Fiber splicing and fusion
