 Assigned to perform cashiering and ensure the information received from customer is accurate before payment processed.
 Resolves services problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solutions to solve problem, expediting correction, following up to ensure resolution.
 Ensure that all the customers’ data are keyed-in correctly in the Academy Management System.
