• Basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, ordering of IATA manuals, etc.
• Responsible for the booking of flight and hotel reservations for different personnel in the entire organization, locally and internationally.
• Updates Executives and Managers weekly for their respective pending items and issues.
• Responsible for scheduling all important meetings and appointments of the President and CEO with Executives, Managers and Valued Clients.
• Proficient in preparing and recording Minutes of the Meeting.
• Assists and greets guests and valued clients.
• Engages in the planning and execution of company events.
