PGET in Compounding
Prince Pipes And Fittings Ltd.
Total des années d'expérience :1 years, 10 Mois
I was working in the company which leading in the manufacturing of Pipes and Fittings across India in its Athal unit. I was worked for almost 6-months, Within this time period i had gained the skills and experience, most importantly i learn the key points that how we can deal with the situation. I was there as PGET and leading the compounding unit's R & D Dept., I have had ideas about formulation.
Study of Mechanical and Thermal Properties of toughened Polycarbonate (PC) using Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube (MWCNT)
This hybrid fabrication improving the Mechanical strength, Thermal and Electrical
conductivity of the Composite. MWCNT can be achieved by following different research
paper though which the addition of functional groups on its surface can further improved the inherent properties when it is attached with PC.In this study PC/MWCNT composites were micro-compounded, Where mwcnt content ranges from 1 to 5 phr. These mwcnt addition optimizing the property of material.
Application :- This majorly poses concerns in the case of military accessories handled by
the soldiers, body parts of aerospace and automotive applications.

PLASTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT
During this I have reviewed a paper regarding the Waste management. Then me along
with my two of friends submitted a report of this detailed study. Where we have
discussed and focused basic things in a step wise manner in the following form.
1) From the introduction part we have discussed how pollution takes place.
2) Then we have discussed different types of issues which we face (How our environment
is hampered or affected by this ?)
3) We have discussed types of plastics, their source of segregation and their generation in India as well as world wide.
4) Then the salient features of the PWM Rule and observation.
5) Then we have attached an indicative guideline for the same period on how best to deal with plastic waste in India.
6) Then the solution as well as the inovation that will keep separate waste plastics from the interaction of cleaner and greener environment. For which we have proposed the technologies for Plastic Waste Management (PWM).
Conclusion :-
1) Pollution exists today due to the society’s lack of environmental awareness.
2) We currently recover only 5% of the plastics that we produce annually.
3) Each of us must take ownership together to convert plastic wastes into an opportunity.
