ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Preparing jobs in lathe machines and submitting it to concern person, use of shaper machine and all the workshop machining.etc.
•Maintenance of Aluminum refinery, as well as Overhaulic Mechanical equipments of Bauxite Stacker/Reclaimer, Grinding Milling, Ball Mill, MOL-APH, Settler Wash, Geho pumps & Seed Filtration machine and Vessel pressure tank and other types.etc.
•Maintenance of all Turbines Building, rotating equipments such as Pumps, Compressor & Stationary Equipments, CT-Fan, CW, ACW, equipments maintenance and Overhauling of above machines stated.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of stroke fired &( CFBC) fluidized bed combustion type boiler with ID-Fan, FD-Fan, Coal Pocket, Coal Feeder, Dosing Pumps, Tank Vessel Pressure etc.
•Carrying out Preventive & Planned Maintenance of equipments like Pedal Feeder, Vibrating Screen, Hammer Crusher, pump & sump pump, Compressors, Stacker/Reclaimer, Dust Extraction System, D.S. System, Magnetic Separator, Travelling Tripper Trolled, Tracks Wheels and Hydraulic System, Conveyor Belts Systems Maintenance etc.
• Regular Checking & maintenance of material equipments like Stacker/Reclaimer (MADE BY CHAIN) &(FLSMIDTH) RING Hammer Crusher, Vibrator Screen & paddle Feeder.
•Proactively identify areas of obstruction & Preventive Break-downs and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.
•Expert in alignment of horizontal and vertical shafts and Knowledge of Alignment of machinery equipment’s of drive systems (Pump, pulley, motor, gearbox, fluid coupling, scoop coupling), etc by the help of DIAL INDICATOR & EASY LASER both of the above.
