Responsibilities: ♦ Offer a welcoming greeting to all the customers as they enter the store

♦ Present merchandise and assist in the selection by offering advice to the customer
♦ Plan floorset execution prioritize merchandise placement as collection selldown to maintain sales
♦ Process sales as quickly and efficiently as possible
♦ Utilize add-on selling and cross selling and merchandise upgrading techniques to maximize sales
♦ Always thank the customer for visiting the store and give them a reason to return
♦ Always maintain a clean neat and tidy store
♦ Always keep shelves and fixtures organized and fully replenished
♦ Ensures sales staff observations are communicated and Product Knowledge
♦ Assist in periodic inventories and Stock take and advice the management on loss prevention
