Responsibilities:
•End User Support for all System and network related issues
•Giving permissions for the users to access the network and keep the Network protected.
•Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting LAN and WAN, Data and security networks including routing and Switching.

•Daily wise Monitoring Backup schedule through Acronics Backup Solution for all servers in Hyper-V and including Physical Server’s.
•Implemented Backup Storage Solution For all AD users through Synology RS815 Backup Storage .
•Configuration and installation of Avaya IP Phones and Creating Extension, Giving permission to the users for Incoming call Routes, through Avaya IP Office Call Manger.
•Daily Monitoring Attendance Devices Like Finger print and Face recognitation Devices.
•Maintaining and troubleshooting peplink devices.
•Finger print devices monitoring and maintaining daily backup.
•Maintaining and Managing NVR devices For the Securtiy Cameras.
•Implemented WDS Server and MDT Application for the Installation of OS to the client Systems
