Installation of All HVAC systems including Ducting and accessories, Chillers, AHU's, Chilled water piping etc.
Provide drawing and assess construction development.
Maintenance and analysis of construction protocols.
Coordinate with HVAC & fire fighting draughtsman to make shop Drawings.
Site Execution of all HVAC ducting works and Fire fighting Sprinkler Systems and Hose reel Systems, FM200 System and piping inside the buildings
Coordination with Plumbing and Electrical Engineers and to make sure that there is no clashing with services.
Checking of MEP Coordination drawings and make corrections.
Ensured proposed designs were technically feasible by providing sufficient technical knowledge
Daily inspection of the site to check the progress
Raise the material request to the procurement department to arrange proper material at the site on time.
After receiving the material on site, give the LPOs and other documents to the QA/QC department to raise the inspection of materials.
All works are to be done by following all the safety precautions.
Before starting work obtaining proper work permit from the HSE department.
After the installation of services we will raise inspection.
Daily progress report should be submitted to the planning department
Preparation and submission of Material Submittal to the client for the approval.
Attending the site progress meeting with Main Contractor.
Maintained confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information.
Preparation of Material Submittals, Method Statements and all other corresponding documents as per the clients need
Involved in planning, execution of HVAC systems & Fire Fighting inside Buildings.
Monitoring and controlling the work execution in line to client quality standards and timely completion..
Preparing Material Inspection Request and submitted the same to the client.
Coordinate with main contractor and client’s representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project
Preparation of material request and forwarding the same to procurement department.
Follow up with stores for delivery of materials.
Preparation of Inspection Test Plan for HVAC related works
Attending site progress meeting with main contractor
