*Implementing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting
equipment issues, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime and
maximize productivity.
*Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for
equipment, machinery, and facilities, including regular inspections,
lubrication, and replacement of parts
*Establish maintenance schedules, checklists, and procedures to
ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks and
compliance with maintenance standards.
*Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, breakdowns,
and performance issues to identify root causes and implement

*Coordinate with external vendors to expedite repairs, procure
replacement parts, and restore equipment to operational condition.

*Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for
maintenance activities, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely
replenishment.
*Implement inventory control measures, such as cycle counts, stock
rotation, and reorder points, to optimize inventory management and
reduce downtime.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work
orders, equipment history, and maintenance
*Prepare maintenance reports, performance metrics, and analysis to
track equipment reliability, downtime, and maintenance costs,
identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage the general upkeep and maintenance of all commissary facilities, kitchen and production equipment.
* Ensure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements.
* Prepare the 52 weeks PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance).
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all HVAC, kitchen, commissary and production equipment.
* To act as a contact for Contractors attending site, ensuring they are fully aware of the commissary policies and procedures.

* Induct, coordinate and oversee contractors work ensuring compliance with policies, relevant legislation and customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate/carry out repairs, maintenance, improvement works and inspections to ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of the premises and equipment.
* Implementing and monitoring formal reactive, planned and
preventative maintenance programmed.

Treatment Plant (STP) control panels and plant machinery such as
pumps, motors, gear reducers, blowers and screens.
* Performs periodic/corrective plant equipment maintenance, calibration
and collections system upkeep.
* Monitor treatment plant equipment to determine operating condition,
writes work order to correct malfunction and other maintenance needs.
* Act as the initial client contact point for the Technical and Skilled
Tradesmen Team.
